Common questions
Is claiming my profile really free?
Yes. Claiming your profile, adding basic company information, products, and website are always free on the Starter plan. No card required.
Do the ESG / CSRD features make my company compliant?
No. OrenAtlas organises and presents your ESG and CSRD-related evidence with clear provenance — it is not compliance certification, an audit, or assurance. Buyers evaluate the evidence themselves. We show what you can prove, honestly labelled.
What does "verified contacts" mean in Pro?
"Verified contacts" means OrenAtlas has independently confirmed the contact details — for example, via domain email verification or analyst review — rather than simply displaying what you entered. Verified contacts earn a higher provenance tag and contribute to your Buyer Readiness score.
How does premium search placement work?
Buyer search results are ranked by Verified-Weighted Visibility Score: Trust (30%), Buyer Readiness (25%), Verified Evidence Coverage (20%), ESG Readiness (10%), Completeness (10%), Freshness (5%). Better-evidenced profiles rank higher. Self-stated data alone cannot earn a high rank.
