A risk signal on OrenAtlas is a specific, sourced finding — a sanctions-list match, a registry status change, missing compliance evidence — never a standalone judgment about a company.
The risk-signal view is in development. It will list companies with sourced risk findings — each signal linked to the record it comes from, with its retrieval date, and each one reviewed in the context of the full evidence picture rather than presented as a verdict. Until it is ready, risk-relevant evidence is handled inside the due diligence workflow, where a human reviews every finding before it is shown.
