How to claim your profile.
Claiming connects your company to the public information OrenAtlas holds and lets you submit corrections and source-backed evidence for review.
The steps
Four steps, one review. Nothing changes on the public profile until a reviewer approves it.
Find your company
Search for your company so we can pre-fill the public information we already hold. If it is not listed yet, you can still start a general claim.
Confirm and add
Confirm or correct your details and add source-backed evidence links where you can.
Submit for review
Submit your claim. It is saved as pending review — no login is required yet.
Review and approval
Our team reviews your submission against its sources. Approved information becomes part of the buyer-safe profile projection.

Links to supporting evidence — certificates, product pages, reports
An email address so you can check your submission status later
Why claims go to review
Review protects both sides
A reviewer checks each submission against its source before anything is published. Review protects both buyers and suppliers — it keeps the profile evidence-backed, not self-declared.
Unreviewed submissions stay private
Unreviewed and unapproved submissions are never shown to buyers. Only approved evidence becomes part of the buyer-safe profile projection — that is what keeps a profile credible to a buyer.
After approval
What happens after approval.
Approved information updates the public, buyer-safe profile projection. Anything that is rejected stays internal, with a reason, and is never shown to buyers. You can check the status of your submissions using the email you submitted with.
Not live yet
Today you submit claims and evidence for review — you cannot log in to a supplier account or edit the public profile directly yet. A supplier sign-in and full profile management are planned for a later release. Until then, every change goes through review.
